Pricing

Northeast Texas Logistics: All packages include delivery, setup, and takedown within 50 miles of Longview, TX. Events located beyond 30 miles are subject to a travel fee of $1 per mile (one-way). Standard operation times apply up to 11:00 PM; hours extending past 11:00 PM are subject to a late-night service fee.

- Process and manage your event inquiries and bookings.
- Send transactional communications, such as booking confirmations, custom design proofs, invoices, and event reminders.
- Deliver digital photo booth captures (via text or email) to you and your event guests during operation.

- No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information or contact details to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Service Providers: We may share your data with trusted software platforms that enable our business to run (such as website hosting, booking engines, form tools, and digital photo booth delivery networks). These vendors are contractually obligated to keep your data secure.
- SMS Privacy: Mobile information shared for text-messaging features will not be shared with third parties for promotional purposes. Users can opt out of communications at any time.
4. Media and Image Hosting
Digital photos, GIFs, and Boomerangs captured by our booth are securely processed and uploaded to a cloud gallery so guests can access their images. While these galleries are unindexed by public search engines, they are accessible to anyone who possesses the direct URL or text link.

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Traveling Booth Co. By browsing our website, submitting a booking request form, or reserving a date, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.1. Submission is Not a Guaranteed Booking
Submitting an inquiry form through our website or selecting a date via our scheduling tool constitutes an event request only. A booking is only legally finalized and guaranteed once:
1. We officially accept and review the event details.
2. Both parties execute our formal, standalone Contract of Services.
3. The required non-refundable retainer fee is paid in full.
2. Technical and Operational On-Site Requirements
To ensure a premium experience, the Client agrees to provide the following logistics at the venue:
- Space: A flat, hard, stable, and level area of at least 8’W x 8’D x 8’H for kiosk and backdrop placement.
- Power: A dedicated, standard 3-prong electrical outlet (110V) located within 10–15 feet of the designated booth space.
- Connectivity: Access to a reliable, working local Wi-Fi connection to facilitate instant cloud upload and text delivery features. (If Wi-Fi is unavailable, images will safely queue locally and send once the booth reconnects to network data).
3. Outdoor Event Limitations & Inclement Weather
We operate precision digital equipment and studio lighting. For outdoor setups, the client must provide a completely covered, dry, and level area (such as a commercial tent or fully shaded structure) that eliminates direct sunlight and exposure to elements.
We reserve the sole right to instantly disengage and pack up equipment if weather conditions become unfavorable or unsafe (including rain, lightning, extreme winds, or liquid hazards). In such cases, services will be deemed fully rendered, and no refunds will be issued.4. Equipment Damage and Liability
The Client assumes full financial responsibility for any physical damage, loss, or theft caused to our photo booth equipment, backdrops, or props by the Client, venue staff, or event guests during the rental period. Repairs or full replacement costs will be billed directly to the Client. To ensure a safe environment, children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult when interacting with the equipment.
5. Harassment and Safe Workspace
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful environment. If our staff or contractors experience verbal abuse, physical hazards, threats, or harassment of any kind from event attendees, we reserve the right to cease operations and vacate the premises immediately. No refunds will be provided under these circumstances.
6. Model Release and Image Usage
By utilizing our services, the Client grants permission to The Traveling Booth Co. to display select event images on our website, social media pages, and marketing materials for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to the event date.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
